This course description may be written by the individual colleges. This course is designed to be a corequisite seminar to accompany Work-Based Learning 121. Topics include: examination and analysis of the organizational structure, career path, job descriptions, job breakdowns and management style. Upon completion, students should be able to evaluate career selection, demonstrate employability skills, and satisfactorily perform work-related competencies.
