It is extremely important for the College to have accurate name, address, and phone information for each student. Name, address, phone number, or personal email updates may be requested by completing and submitting the “Change of Student Information” form through Softdocs or in person at the Registrar’s Office. Name changes requested while a student is actively in process of any course(s) will be held and processed by the college after the conclusion of the course(s). Legal name changes will require government issued documentation such as a signed social security card, driver’s license, passport, government-issued visa, or applicable court documents.
