This course is designed to follow the guidelines set forth by the North Carolina Department of insurance to prepare an individual for the accident and health agent insurance state licensing exam. Topics include basic principles of accident and health insurance, health insurance providers, medical expense insurance, accidental death & dismemberment, and accident and health insurance policy provisions. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of NorthCarolina Department of Insurance requirements and be prepared to sit for the state accident and health agent licensing exam.
