This course is a continuation of LEX 150 and covers advanced topics in Business and Commercial Law. Topics incude agency and employment, insurance, computer law, intellectual property, personal property and bailment, corporate organizations and bankruptcy. Upon completion, students will understand and be able to apply legal principles governing these topics and be able to draft a variety of financial instruments. (S11001)
