HRM 228 - Mixology Class: 1 Lab: 4 Clinical: 0 Work: 0 Credits: 3
This course provides instruction and demonstration
for the practice of bartending. Emphasis is placed
on set-up, including equipment/supplies/glassware;
and production/service of alcoholic beverages
including, but not limited to, beer, wine,
cocktails, mixed/blended drinks, and specialty
products. Upon completion, students should be able
to demonstrate the basics of mixing alcoholic
beverages in a commercial bar, tavern or nightclub
setting.
