This course provides instruction on human relations issues as they relate to construction project supervision. Topics include relationships, human behavior, project staffing issues, teamwork, effective communication networks, laws and regulations, and identifying and responding to conflict, crisis, and discipline. Upon completion, the student will demonstrate an understanding of the importance of human relations in the success of a construction project. (S13461)
