This course introduces a systematic approach to human resource management in the hospitality industry. Topics include training/development, staffing, selection, hiring, recruitment, evaluation, benefit administration, employee relations, labor regulations/laws, discipline, motivation, productivity, shift management, contract employees and organizational culture.
