Wellness: Yoga Over 50


Want to do something about that achy, stiff body that crept up on you somewhere along the way? Or do you want to avoid getting that way? Are you recovering from or coping with acute or chronic pain or illness? Try Yoga Over 50 to help you stay at your best. In this class you will learn how to practice basic yoga poses in a safe and effective manner, apply principles of alignment while practicing yoga, and use breath and stillness to enhance your yoga routine.
